Can't Find Your Lender?

Thank you for letting us know that your lender is not listed on the drop down menu of available financial institutions. If your lender is not listed, you should choose one of the three following options:

Other Fannie Mae Lender
Other Freddie Mac Lender
Other Lender Not Listed

To find out if your loan is owned by either Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac, go to the following websites and enter the requested information:

Freddie Mac

If your loan is owned by Fannie Mae, then select Other Fannie Mae Lender.
If your loan is owned by Freddie Mac, then select Other Freddie Mac Lender.

If your loan is not owned by either Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac, please select Other Lender Not Listed.

Please note that when you enter your data into the financial worksheet section, the “Probability Meter” will reflect a generic “sweet spot” based upon the average net cash flow being required by the other 100+ participating lenders. The actual net cash flow required by your lender may be higher or lower.

Once we have a critical number of people with the same lender, the developers of the software will approach the lender and negotiate with them to participate in CounselorDirect so that we can program their specific modification criteria into the “Probability Meter” tool.
